Welcome to the Tri-State Pittsburgh Chapter of the High Technology Crime Investigation Association (HTCIA). Tri-State Pittsburgh is member chapter of the International HTCIA, headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA, and encompasses Western Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Southeastern Ohio.

The Tri-State Pittsburgh Chapter currently meets on a quarterly basis to encourage, promote, and facilitate the exchange of information, experiences, and ideas between law enforcement agencies, private investigations, corporate security, and other computer science communities.  Our chapter meetings are open to our members and their guests. We invite a guest speaker to attend each meeting and present on a topic which is relevant to our cause or has been requested by our membership.
